These custom Chuck Taylor kicks are officially bananas! As this year marks the 100th anniversary of Converse, they commissioned 100 of the world's most creative minds to each design a special sneaker. Each shoe expresses the respective artist's unique commentary on HIV/AIDS and how it affects everyone. Created as part of the 1HUND(RED) humanitarian campaign, what makes these so appropo is the use of the band-aid as a metaphor for healing. Props to multimedia artist Darren Romanelli a.k.a.
